The Deveraux Rangeview project is a five-building mixed-use residential development located in Calgary, Alberta. The development consists of four six-storey residential buildings, a two-storey clubhouse building and two townhouse buildings. The project includes approximately 480,000 square feet of above-grade construction and 100,000 square feet of below-grade parking distributed between two separate underground parkade structures. The development provides approximately 450 residential units, with ground-floor commercial space integrated into one of the residential buildings.

The structural design required coordination across multiple buildings with varying uses and parking configurations. Two independent below-grade parkades were designed beneath separate building groups, while the clubhouse building was constructed on grade without underground parking. Careful planning and coordination were required to maintain consistency across the site while allowing each building to respond to its specific functional and structural requirements.
