The Creekview Residential project is a three-building wood-frame residential development located in Calgary, Alberta. The project includes approximately 243,000 square feet of above-grade residential space across the three buildings, with a single level of below-grade parking extending beneath the full development.

The structural design incorporates four-storey wood-frame construction with significant effort in maximizing efficiency and constructability across the site. Coordinating a continuous below-grade parking structure beneath multiple buildings required careful planning to align structural systems and maintain consistency between buildings. The resulting design provides an efficient structural solution while supporting the overall residential density and site layout.
