The Bridgeland Crossings project is a two-phase residential project located in Calgary, Alberta. The first phase is an 11-storey tower directly off of Memorial Drive with direct access to the C-Train. The second phase is 7 storeys of residential.

The site is located near the river and there is one level of below grade parking to keep the structure above the ground water. This saved costs as the structure did not need extensive waterproofing and reinforcing for hydrostatic pressure.
