The Aeropark project is a five-storey residential building located in Calgary, Alberta. The building includes one partial below-grade main floor parking level, with a total of 65 residential units and 41 parking stalls.

The primary design challenge for the project was the sloping site, which required careful coordination of the building layout and parking configuration to maintain efficiency and constructability. The structural design was developed to respond to the changing site grades while minimizing complexity and maximizing usable space. Close collaboration with the design team allowed the structure to be integrated seamlessly with the architectural intent and site constraints.
