The Annex project is a residential project located in the Kensington area of Calgary, Alberta. There are three levels of below grade parking and seven floors of residential. There is also an accessible roof top amenity space for the residence.

The building has several architectural frames including the frames on the ground floor which are constructed of cast-in-place concrete. Extensive coordination was done with the architect to ensure that the desired look was achieved and that the frame was constructable, efficient, and had limited concrete cracking so that the desired look could be accomplished.
